What is EasyErgo?

EasyErgo was created to make ergonomics evaluations easier, faster, and more effective for professionals in the field. By introducing digital tools specifically designed for ergonomists, it combines the efficiency of mobile technology with the precision of standardized assessment methods.

Our goal is to help you carry out evaluations in less time, add more objectivity through integrated measurements and AI-assisted analysis, and keep all your work organized and accessible. Whether you’re assessing on-site or managing data across multiple projects, EasyErgo turns digitalization into a practical advantage for better-managed, evidence-based ergonomics.

EasyErgo in action

EasyErgo Android

EasyErgo for Android is the ergonomist’s field tool. Capture photos, document the task, and run standard methods (e.g., RULA, REBA, QEC) right on the tablet—on site with workers or later in the office. Your work is saved locally and can sync to the EasyErgo Server whenever you’re online.

Built‑in AI estimates human pose from images to pre‑fill key postures and automate parts of the evaluation while you keep full control over criteria and scoring. Re‑evaluate in seconds as conditions change, and use automatic picture description generation to speed up reporting. The result: faster, consistent assessments with less admin and more time for conversations that matter.

EasySense

EasySense is our practical sensing companion for EasyErgo. It measures forces, vibration, temperature, humidity, and noise levels in a compact, affordable setup that pairs with the Android app. Readings are time‑synced with your photos and notes so you can connect exposure to posture and task context.

While not positioned as a high‑end industrial instrument, EasySense delivers the accuracy and stability needed for day‑to‑day ergonomics work. EasyErgo Server

The EasyErgo Server is your central dashboard. Evaluations and media from the tablet upload automatically, so your files, images, and reports stay organized and backed up. Compare assessments across tasks, dates, or teams, and share selected results with colleagues or clients using role‑based access.

Manage users and projects, keep versioned records, and export clean reports when you’re ready. It’s the simplest way to move from individual assessments to a shared, searchable knowledge base that supports better decisions over time.
